If you are tired of poor briefs, wasting your time, money and sanity - you should use Milk.
If you want to create breakthrough strategic work that moves your brand forward - you should use Milk.

Can I download the brief as a PDF?
Yes; you can export to PDF and PowerPoint.
Milk is built for online collaboration; you can share a project/brief via a secure link but we understand sometimes you need a ‘hard copy’.
Is the information I enter safe?
Yes! Security is our top priority, and we are doing everything we can to ensure the safety of your information. We use 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transfers on the platform and forms.
PROJECTS
Can I add multiple members to a Project?
Milk is meant to be enjoyed with a team and the more the merrier. You can add as many members as you your plan permits.
You can also create multiple teams for a project; if you need.
Who can see my projects?
Projects can only be seen by people assigned to that particular team and those that have the link.
What happens when I delete a project?
You and everyone who had access will lose access to the project. We think it is better for you to archive the project instead, but thats us.
Can a team member delete a project?
Only if they were granted admin access otherwise heck NO!
Who can comment on my projects?
Anyone on the team.
PLANS & BILLING
Do you offer a free trial for paid plans?
Yes! Every paid plan comes with a 30-day trial, and ‘idea-stage’ plans are always free.
Do free projects expire?
Not if you signed up for a paid plan and they were created during the trial.
Can I change my billing cycle?
Sure. Milk is meant to be responsive to your needs, so if you need to go from month to month or want to save a little and move to annual, we won’t stop you.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Of course. Milk is built to adapt to your business as you grow. As you grow, so do your needs, and Milk grows with you.
Do subscriptions auto-renew?
Yes. Every month or year, your plan will automatically renew, so that is one less thing you need to worry about. If you cancel your subscription it just ends.
Do my VC’s and team members need to pay for Milk?
No; each plan comes with unlimited users/contributors.
I am post-IPO. Can I tailor Milk to my specific needs?
Please check back with us, we haven’t launched the enterprise plan yet.
